Changes in the Schedule

It looks like the reception will be from 5-8 pm. That way, for all of us that are from out-of-town, can go right to Joe and Alice's house after the picture taking at the temple. Please note...we would like all family members at the temple by 3:15 for the taking of a huge group photo. This will probably take at least 45 minutes or so.

The Program

We are having fun thinking of fun things to do for the wedding. We would like anyone who would like to participate to let us know and we will put you on the program. Muscial numbers, hula dances, or anything that you think would be appropriate, are accepted. Just let us know in the next few days so that we will know how many numbers to plan on and to make sure that we won't have duplicates.

Oh...it is a Hawaiian Theme...so if any of you want to wear your hawaiian shirts, skirts, grass skirts, or whatever, DO IT!!! Wouldn't it be fun to have all of us there, celebrating this joyous occasion, in bright colored clothes?!?!

The Wedding Week Schedule (tentative)

I am sure that some of the things will be changed a little, but for right now, here is a list of the activities for the wedding week.

  • Thursday 7 pm--Bridal Shower! See below blog post for details.
  • Friday 4 pm--Temple Session at Mt. Timpanogas Temple. Family Dinners afterwards at Nate's home (1942 North 690 East in Orem) for Barbara's family and Joe's home (38 North 960 East in Orem) for Lincoln's family.
  • Saturday 3 pm--Wedding in the Mt. Timpanogas Temple. Family Members attending the wedding need to be there by 2:30. Nice church clothes attire, no need to wear temple whites.
  • Saturday evening--Reception at Joe and Alice's home. Time: 7-10 pm. Address: 38 North 960 East in Orem.
  • Saturday, 15 August--Open House in Great Falls at Fred Fairhurst home.

Of course we will have more details on all of these events as they get closer, but this is a chance to pencil things in your calendar!

If you have any suggestions, comments, or anything...please let us know. Email Lauretta or Stef. Can't wait to see everyone! What a joyous occasion for all of us!

So cute

Barbara and Linc accidentally dressed in a coordinating fashion today. How adorable! Just because they looked so great, we made them pose whilst we shuttered away.

The Lee Raynes Connection

First of all, CONGRATS to the happy couple!!

This is Stefanie Farnsworth...granddaugher to Grandpa Raynes through my dad Joe. And I'm married to Nate, grandson of Gramma Lee through Lauretta. So, yes, I know what you're thinking...this new marriage makes Nate and I cousins...kissin cousins...(that joke never gets old). It also makes my two daughters cousins, my dad my uncle and my mother-in-law my aunt, etc, etc, etc.

This blog was set up so that the Lee family and the Raynes family can check on the Wedding plans for Gramma Lee and Grandpa Raynes!

Go ahead and send me your email address if you want to be able to post...this is free to anyone! It could be fun to have cousins, aunts, kissing cousins, uncles, more cousins, etc. to post and congratulate gramma and grandpa. It is amazing how LARGE the Lee Raynes connection is now. HOW FUN!

Well, leave your email address in the comments if you would like to be a contributor to the blog.

Congratulations Gramma Lee and Grandpa Raynes! We LOVE you!

P.S. I named the blog "The Missing Linc" because Gramma Lee said she was wondering what to do with her life and now she found her "missing Linc".....TOO cute.
